Dear Diary, Today I was a day filled with nervousness and anxiety! All day I was waiting to see what Jim would think about me and my very short hair. All my hair was cut, just for a present for Jim. A chain for his watch was perfect and I had just enough money to buy it for him. All day, I was nervous to know how he felt about my short hair. When he came home he stared for a couple of moments. At first I didn’t know what to do and what he thought. Finally I confessed about cutting my hair and selling it to buy his present. Luckily he didn’t disapprove nor complain. He still thought I was beautiful. As he was saying that, he handed me my present. It was the hair accessories I wanted called The Combs. But I didn’t have the hair to use them. I shortly realized I haven’t given Jim the preset I got him. I brought it out and showed him the chain for his watch. Shortly after Telling him to put in on his watch, he told me he sold his watch to buy me my present. What I Christmas! Both of us sacrificed things to please someone we love. Some things are worth sacrificing!
